Terms and conditions

The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from MarkOn AS. The conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements between the buyer and MarkOn AS have been made

Documentation and guidance 

If there are product descriptions and user guides for the product, these follow with the delivery from MarkOn AS. If you want further information or advice from our site, this will only be guiding.

Delivery time and transport 

Delivery of orders from MarkOn AS are considered to be completed when the customer has received the products/items. All orders are delivered by Post Danmark / GLS, unless otherwise agreed separately between the buyer and MarkOn AS.

Delivery time: 10-12 working days.

The risk of the goods 

The risk of products/items ordered in the webshop passes to the buyer when the right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from receipt. If the items have been damaged after the buyer has received them, he retains his right of withdrawal if the damage is not due to negligence or lack of care on his part.

Remember to keep the original packaging, as the product/items must be returned in the original packaging.

Complaints

Any faults or defects in products / items supplied by MarkOn AS must be claimed within 2 months after discovering the defect. It is your duty to indicate and, on request, indicate how the defect shows. If you discover an defect, please contact MarkOn AS. You can basically only complain about defects that appear no later than 2 years after you have received the product. For products with limited durability, your right to claim is limited by the durability period that MarkOn AS has stated. As a consumer, you can choose whether the product/item should be repaired or replaced. The exception to this general rule is if exchange is impossible or will entail disproportionate costs for MarkOn AS.

Cancellation

MarkOn AS provides a 14-day cancellation right, effective from the day you receive the ordered items. If you wish to cancel or return your order, MarkOn AS must be notified latest 14 days after the day you received the ordered items. You must return the items in the same condition and quantity as it is received, this also applies to the packaging and info signs that are on the item. You must bear the costs of returning the items. You can cancel an order by either refusing to receive the order, by transferring the order to the post office, or by returning the items to the specified address.

Accountability

Agreements (orders) can be made in Danish or English and will be kept by the company for 5 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act. It is not possible to access the order subsequently via our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of the order per e-mail, then send an e-mail to support@markon.as

 Price and payment

All prices are including VAT.

 Shipping is payable depending on the order. The amount will appear in the ordering process before payment.

Environmental fee

DKK 45 ex. VAT on all orders in environmental and handling fees, for handling, sorting and disposal of packaging etc.
